West Central Assembly Member Tony Devenish has been campaigning to ensure that while the Royal Brompton Hospital merges with St Guy’s and St Thomas’ hospitals that its world-class services remain locally situated.
The Royal Brompton Hospital is due to be merged with two other London hospitals, however, Tony joined by Chelsea MP Greg Hands and Kensington MP Felicity Buchan has been seeking assurances that local people will not be deprived of its services. Tony and his colleagues aim to ensure that the hospital continues to provide outstanding medical care at its current location.
Commenting on Royal Brompton Hospital, Tony said,
It is vital that the Royal Brompton’s medical services continue to be available to local people at its current premises. The hospital has provided absolutely outstanding medical care to many local people and residents and I will campaign for it to remain where it is
Tony added
A big thank you to all our NHS staff for their dedication to duty and hard work during the pandemic.
